At Jampha, with loving-kindness, we strive to make our products as accessible as possible to everyone. To that end, we offer 50% off retail pricing to veterans, first responders, individuals on long-term disability, and low-income households, under certain conditions. If you believe you qualify in one or more of these categories, please review the requirements for verification below. Please redact any sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers. We ask that those who qualify for these programs to only use their discount for themselves. Please do not abuse this offer or others may needlessly suffer if the program is cut back or discontinued. Discounts cannot be used with other coupon codes. We do not give partial refunds after approval on previous orders. 

Long-Term Disability

Those who have a long-term medical disability must provide either a certification from a physician or a disability income acceptance letter as proof of disability to receive 50% off full-price retail orders. We cannot determine what is or isn’t a disability. This must be confirmed by a medical doctor or government agency. We reserve the right to periodically require documentation to help us ensure the disability continues.

Qualifying documents include:

- Signed letter from a doctor, hospital, or government agency stating long-term or permanent disability;

- SSDI income-awarding letter (OR) update to benefit statement;

- Most recent direct deposit check.


All U.S. military veterans must provide a scan or photo of at least one of the qualifying documents below. This discount only applies to veterans, we cannot offer discounts to non-qualifying family members of veterans.

Qualifying documents include:

- VA card;

- DD-214 (or other honorable discharge paperwork);

- Military service;

- State-issued driver’s license (OR) photo ID with a “veteran” classification.

Note: We will accept applications on behalf of Veterans diagnosed with PTSD from direct family members or spouses. These situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Low Income

People from all walks of life with low income can apply for our assistance program. To apply for low-income assistance, please send us a copy of one of the qualifying documents below. Your yearly taxes must state that your income is below the federal poverty level. Other forms for proof of income can be accepted on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to periodically require documents to help us ensure the low-income situation continues.

Qualifying documents include:

- Tax return (returned and completed by the IRS, current or last year’s);

- EBT card (in combination with a state-issued photo ID or license);

- Medicaid card (in combination with a state-issued photo ID or license);

- SSI awarding letter (OR) update to benefit statement.
