Jampha's Assistance Program

At Jampha, we strive to make our healing products easily accessible to everyone who needs them. Through the generous support of many benefactors from our Loving Kindness Foundation, we are able to offer 50% off retail pricing for ALL products to qualifying clients, customers, and patients. 

If you believe you qualify, please review the verification requirements and instructions to apply for each category below. We accept both electronic and physical copies of the required information.


Long-Term Disability

Those who have a long-term medical disability must provide either a certification from a physician or a disability income acceptance letter as proof of disability to receive 50% off retail orders. We are not qualified to determine what is or isn’t a disability so this must be confirmed by a medical doctor or government agency. 

Qualifying documents include:

- A signed letter from a doctor, hospital, or government agency stating long-term or permanent disability

- SSDI income-awarding letter (OR) update to benefit statement

- Most recent direct deposit check


All U.S. military veterans must provide a scan or photo of at least one of the qualifying documents below. This discount only applies to veterans, we cannot offer discounts to non-qualifying family members of veterans.

Qualifying documents include:

- VA card

- DD-214 (or other honorable discharge paperwork)

- Military service

- State-issued driver’s license (OR) photo ID with a “veteran” classification

Note: We will accept applications on behalf of Veterans diagnosed with PTSD from direct family members or spouses. These situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Low Income

People from all walks of life with low income can apply for our Assistance Program. To apply for low-income assistance, please send us a copy of one of the qualifying documents below.

Note: Your yearly taxes must state that your income is below the federal poverty level. Other forms for proof of income can be accepted on a case-by-case basis. 

Qualifying documents include:

- Tax return (returned and completed by the IRS, current or last year’s)

- EBT card (in combination with a state-issued photo ID or license)

- Medicaid card (in combination with a state-issued photo ID or license)

- SSI awarding letter (OR) update to benefit statement


Families or persons affected by Covid-19 may email us their situation and we will do our best to help in this great time of need.
